How do I place an order?

Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number and purchase details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and destination. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Some items may arrive sooner or later depending on availability and location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also click the Track My Order button above.

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at Support@agapemarks.com with your order number. We will help investigate and assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update your address. Contact us immediately after placing your order.

Returns & Refunds (How to Start)

How do I return or replace an item?

Because our products come from multiple suppliers, return addresses vary.
To start a return or replacement, please email us at: Support@agapemarks.com 

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if damaged or incorrect)

We will email you the correct return address and instructions.

Why must I contact you before returning an item?

Sending an item to the wrong warehouse may result in lost packages and delayed or denied refunds. We must first confirm the correct supplier and return location.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us with photos or a video within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us with your order number and photos of the product you received. We’ll make it right.

Are your products new?

Yes, all items sold on our store are brand new unless stated otherwise.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Product images are for reference. Slight variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to lighting, display settings, or supplier differences.
